Oftentimes, when we are not in our power, we seek answers externally. We frantically look for guidance from channelers and readers* to bring us a message from The Universe that we don’t think we have access to ourselves. This session is different. It puts YOU in the driver’s seat; trusting that you already have the answers you need. After creating sacred space, we’ll start by working with a question or intention. We’ll talk through real and perceived challenges, blocks, and possibilities. Then we’ll drop out of the mind and into the body through a deep meditation. Once you are in a relaxed state, you’ll be guided toward your inner knowing and wisdom. We will end by coming back to the conscious mind, processing the experience, and relating back to your intention or question. If it feels aligned, Allison will send you off with some suggested practices or inquiries to help you continue the exploration.

Following the session, when you return to daily life where distractions or challenge arise, you can stand steady knowing that while the way forward may not be easy, it came from YOU— from the place of your deepest power and brightest light.
